Performance training
We provide training focused on specific sports or physical challenges. We work with clients to ensure they are fit, strong and motivated to perform to the best of their abilities.
Performance training is ongoing and incorporates long-term planning and objective setting. We work closely as a team – trainers, physiotherapist and massage therapist – on specific physical movements so that training is targeted and areas of weakness are identified and managed.
We focus on generating greater performance, improving recovery and protecting against injury.
