We offer a range of classes at different locations during the year to meet specific fitness targets.
Circuit Training
This is an excellent work-out and fun group session to music for both men and women. It is an all-over body workout that helps improve general fitness, body tone and well-being. It also helps to build strength and stamina.
Ball Sculpt - Legs, Bums & Tums!
With the use of a stability ball this class focuses on toning legs, bums and tums as well as improving postural strength and personal fitness.
Juniors
Exercise and fitness are essential for a healthy individual, particularly for improving and excelling in a specific sport. Body awareness and correct movement can and should be learnt at an early age. In this class we show children how to approach exercise correctly.
