Dom recognises that many people do not realise how good they can feel and believes that time invested in regular exercise, effective mental training and good nutrition and lifestyle is time well spent. He enjoys helping people achieve optimum health, fitness, vitality and performance.
Dom is based at Core Strength Gym at Halton and is onsite to help and advise.
